The overall aim of this project is to know the status of the populations species priority for conservation at El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, at Chiapas, México.
Volunteers could join at any time along the year with guardparks and researches whom at regular basis collect data from the field that will be used for biological monitoring .
The data are collected in two places: in the nucleus zone named El Triunfo camp and at coffe farm.
Campesinos Ecológicos de la Sierra Madre de Chiapas (CESMACH is Spanish for Ecological Farmers from Chiapas Sierra) is a inspiring cooperative of organic coffe farmers. Launched on 1994, currently has more that 400 members in 12 communities.
